Nigerians on social media are currently arguing over the disparity in the salaries and perks expatriates without degrees working in Nigerian companies enjoy while Nigerians working in the same company with all the degrees gathered from all over the world are paid far less and sometimes without no perks.
While some Nigerians believe this is injustice, others say it is the experience of the expatriates that are being paid for by many companies. Some Nigerians are of the opinion that these expatriates have long years of experience that cannot be gathered within the four walls of a lecture theatre. They say Nigerian education system is very disadvantaged because there is little or no practical.
An angry Nigerian lady says she resigned from her former employment because her Indian boss who is paid N1.2 million a month seats in his office, watches porn and movies and chats on his phone all day while she, who does the report he sends out, gets paid less than N100k.
See their arguements and tell us what you think.
