Lady says women who consent to sex and change their minds halfway cannot claim rape

There's been so much talk about the issue of consent recently. Some are of the opinion that a man should stop whenever a lady says so even if they are already on top of each other. This lady however believes that once a woman decides to start something, she should be prepared to finish it. Is she ok though? Foolish talk! Once a woman says stop, you stop. No questions asked.
