Graphic photos: Body of newborn baby found at refuse dump in Owerri

The body of a newborn baby was discovered at a refuse dump in Owerri, Imo State on Saturday.

According to the source, Prince Victor Ebukason, the dead child was found inside a carton at Owerri World Bank market.
