Video: RRS releases footage of its Mobile CCTV that captured 2 phone thieves and two fraudsters in Oshodi

Over the weekend, the Rapid Response Squad RRS of the Lagos State Police command paraded some criminals including a couple that specialize in stealing from residents of the state that ply the pedestrian bridge in Oshodi.

RRS has now released footage from its CCTV camera showing the criminals stealing from their victims. Watch below
