Imprisoned Meek Mill sued for a 3rd time over concert shooting

The problems seem like an unending one for rapper Meek Mill who's already serving  2 to 4 years at Pennsylvania's SCI Chester, for violating probation from his 2009 drug and weapons case

According to The Jasmine Brand, Meek Mill is now facing three lawsuits after a man named Dylan Thomas filed a suit against the 30-year-old rapper in his claims he was shot in the leg at his Connecticut concert that went down on the 30th of December, 2016, at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT.

Recall that the Philadelphia rapper is already facing two separate lawsuits over this concert.

A man named Jaquan Graves, who attended the concert and was gunned down in the parking lot outside the venue. Graves’ family also filed a lawsuit late last year. Travis Ward, another concert attendee, was gunned down in the parking lot and his family is also suing.

Both Graves and Ward’s families filed wrongful death lawsuits.

Read the lawsuit

'In the latest lawsuit, Thomas sues not only Meek, but Oakdale Musical Theater Company, Live Nation, Michael J. Wilcox, The Big Boy Game LLC and Roc Nation. In the suit, Thomas claims he was injured in the parking lot, stating that the parties responsible for the concert were negligent and careless. He says he suffered: a gunshot wound to his right light, multiple metallic fragments lodged anterior to the mid fibular diaphysis, puncture wound to his right lower leg, scarring, anxiety, severe pain and fear of death.'
